Refund policy
If VPNchick is not a fit, here is how to request a refund, what to include, and when to expect the money.

1. In short
A refund request for a paid VPNchick plan may be submitted within 30 calendar days of payment. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
The 7-day trial is free, so there is no trial payment to refund. A paid plan does not renew automatically unless the user separately agrees to automatic renewal.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the account email and include:
- account email;
- plan name and term;
- payment date and amount;
- payment method, if known;
- a short reason and a way to contact you.
3. Review and timing
We verify that the request came from the account owner, locate the payment, and confirm the available refund. Never send a password, full card number, or banking app code.
A decision is made within up to 10 business days. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method where technically possible. The bank or payment provider controls the final posting date.
4. If access does not work
You may contact [email protected] before asking for a refund. We can check the account, server, access term, and offer a new key, another server, or setup help when that may solve the issue.
Users keep their legal rights if they request a refund within the stated period.
