1. General terms

This document is a public offer under Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The provider is Галиуллина Элона Маратовна, self-employed individual and professional income tax payer, taxpayer identification number 026307629963.

The offer is made to individuals aged 18 or older. The user accepts it in full by registering, starting to use VPNchick, or paying for a plan. The offer then becomes an agreement between the user and the provider.

If the user does not agree, they must not create an account, pay for a plan, or continue using the service.

2. What VPNchick is

VPNchick is an online service available at https://vpnchick.net. It provides VPN access through selected servers and compatible client applications. The user receives an account, a VPN key or subscription link, and setup instructions.

A VPN connection encrypts traffic between the device and the VPN server. Websites and apps may see the address of the selected server. Results depend on the network, ISP, country, device settings, and the rules of each website.

The service is delivered remotely. It is not a telecom operator and does not replace the user's internet connection.

3. Account and access key

The user creates an account with an email and password. Telegram sign-in or registration may be available in some flows. The user is responsible for keeping login details secure and their email current.

The account and VPN key are personal. Sharing them is not allowed unless the selected plan explicitly permits it. The user must contact support promptly if access details may have been compromised.

4. Trial and paid plans

The free plan is provided on the terms shown on the site and during registration. As of this edition, it provides 7 days and up to 10 GB of traffic, without a charge or automatic renewal.

The paid plans shown on the site are:

• Personal, 1 month: 199 ₽, up to 3 devices.
• Personal, 12 months: 1,490 ₽, up to 3 devices.
• Family, 1 month: 349 ₽, up to 15 devices.
• Family, 12 months: 2,590 ₽, up to 15 devices.
• The current price and plan details shown before payment control if the page changes later.

5. Delivery and term

After registration or confirmed payment, the user receives access to the cabinet and setup instructions. Available platforms, app versions, countries, and servers may change for technical reasons.

The device limit is defined by the selected plan. The service may use a technical device identifier to enforce that limit. The user installs the client and adds the issued key. Third-party clients have their own licenses and terms.

The free period starts when the account and VPN access are ready. Paid access starts after payment confirmation and lasts for the term shown in the plan. A plan does not renew automatically unless the user separately agrees to automatic renewal in the payment flow.

6. Payments and receipts

The price and available payment methods are shown on the site or on the payment provider's page before confirmation. The user can review the conditions of the selected method before money is charged.

When card data is entered on a payment provider's page, that provider processes it. VPNchick does not ask for or store the full card number, security code, or banking app password.

The provider uses the professional income tax regime. A receipt is issued and delivered where required by Russian law and the payment flow in use.

7. Refunds

A refund request for a paid plan can be sent within 30 calendar days of payment by writing to [email protected] from the account email. Include the plan, payment date, and a short description.

We process an approved refund using the original payment method where technically possible. Review takes up to 10 business days; the bank or payment provider controls the final posting date. The free trial has no payment to refund.

8. Acceptable use and responsibility

The user must follow the law, third-party rights, network rules, and this offer. Attacks, scanning, hacking, phishing, spam, malware, copyright infringement, payment-form interference, and bypassing account or trial limits are prohibited.

The provider does not guarantee access in every network, country, or to every website. VPNchick does not promise perfect anonymity or absolute security. Responsibility is governed by Russian law, and nothing in this offer removes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Policy at https://vpnchick.net/privacy. The policy is part of the service terms.

10. Changes and disputes

A new edition is published on the site and applies from publication unless it states otherwise. Questions and claims can be sent to [email protected]. The parties should try to resolve disputes by correspondence; Russian law applies.
